Returns & Exchanges

We gladly offer returns or exchanges in the following circumstances:

  • Product Issues: If the product you receive has a genuine manufacturing defect or damage during transit.
  • Incorrect Delivery: If the product delivered to you is incorrect or does not match the description on our website.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

  • Step 1: Contact us at hello@oddpod.in within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly include:
    • A clear explanation of the issue.
    • Relevant images to support your request.
  • Step 2: Once our team approves your return or exchange, we will provide an address for you to send the product back. Please ensure the item is shipped within 48 hours of approval, securely packaged to avoid any transit damage.
  • Step 3: Ensure the returned product meets the following criteria:
    • Original packaging, labels, and tags remain intact.
    • The product is unused and in pristine condition.
  • Step 4: After we receive and inspect the returned product at our warehouse, we will process the refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please Note: Refunds and exchanges are subject to approval based on the condition of the returned product and are at the sole discretion of Oddpod.

Courier Returns

Occasionally, orders may be returned to us by the courier due to delivery issues. In such cases:

  • Incorrect Address: If the delivery address provided is incorrect, a fee of ₹75 will be applicable for address correction and re-delivery.
  • Consignee Unavailability: If the package remains undelivered due to the recipient’s unavailability or refusal to accept it, the cost of re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
  • Lost Shipments: If a shipment is lost in transit, please inform us immediately. Our team will work with the courier service to locate the shipment and provide a resolution promptly.

Order Cancellations

  • Before Processing: If you wish to cancel your order before it is processed, you will receive a full refund.
  • Courier Delays or Issues: If an order is lost or undelivered due to courier issues, we will ensure a full refund.

Note: Oddpod reserves the right to cancel any order under unforeseen circumstances. Should this occur, we will notify you promptly, and any applicable refunds will be processed in a timely manner.

Cash on Delivery

Due to the nature of our products, Cash on Delivery is not available. All orders must be prepaid through our secure payment gateway. Rest assured, your transactions with us are completely secure.
