Returns and Exchanges

Our full Returns & Exchange Policy forms part of these terms. In summary:

• This policy applies only to orders placed on oddpod.in. Orders placed on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit or any other marketplace are governed by that marketplace’s own return and refund policy.
• Exchanges are available only where a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, and only for the same product. Refunds are not provided.
• Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp. Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
• Every request must include clear photos and a continuous, unedited unboxing video that starts from the sealed package with the shipping label visible. Requests without photo and video proof will not be accepted.
• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, or because the recipient was unavailable or unreachable, the actual re-shipping charges must be paid by the customer before the order is re-dispatched.
• If a shipment is lost in transit, we will raise the matter with our courier partner. Once the courier confirms the shipment as lost, we will re-dispatch the order at no extra cost. Lost shipments are resolved only by re-dispatch; refunds are not provided.

Order Cancellations

1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations: Once an order is placed, cancellations are generally not permitted.
2. Oddpod-Initiated Cancellations: Oddpod reserves the right to cancel orders under exceptional circumstances, such as stock unavailability or technical issues. Should this happen, we’ll notify you and process any applicable refunds promptly.

Payment and Security

Please ensure that your payment details are accurate and authorized for use. Our payment gateway is encrypted, ensuring secure transactions. We take measures to ensure data security but are not liable for unauthorized use of payment methods. Fraudulent activities will result in legal action.
